one of my বন্ধু had the same problem so I told her to snap a hair tie every time she feel't like cutting. It work't for her.

I used to have the same problem but then my therapist suggested that I should use a rubber band and slap it against my wrist. Surprisingly it works and it releases anger as if আপনি were actually cutting

dude i know what আপনি mean...when ever i was pissed at someone অথবা the world i wanted to cut myself and see if that made a difference. when ever i told my mom অথবা aunt this they would say that "god does not forgive people that take their lives away on purpose." so i started to meditate and be happy. idk what your life is like অথবা why আপনি do what আপনি do but please dont lose your life to a stupid little knife...its pointless
