I really, really would not recommend that. Like... at all. Even native speakers of English learn from teachers. There is only so much বই can teach আপনি about language.
[url="http://www.esl.net/textbooks.html"] here is a তালিকা of good বই and programs commonly used for people who are learning English as a সেকেন্ড language. But I would highly recommend using these as secondary resources and getting a teacher অথবা mentor.

I mostly agree with bri-marie but if আপনি just want to improve your English, আপনি can do it দ্বারা পাঠ করা / watching films / chatting on the Internet and perhaps আপনি can revise grammar from grammar practice বই (e.g. Murphy's Grammar in Use series)
