what do আপনি like most about evanescence?

First of all, I like how they have a "heavier" sound than most alternative rock bands. With most other bands in this genre, they're usually very upbeat with a few slow songs in their album, and that's it. I like how এভানেসেন্স is different and has a mixture of melodies, from strong and loud, to dark, to sad, but never really has a "happy" sound to it. (Do not get me started on how much I loathe happy and/or upbeat songs.)

Secondly, I প্রণয় the lyrics. Instead of the normal routine প্রণয় songs, break up songs, and most commonly found in today's mainstream music, songs about sex, এভানেসেন্স digs deeper and sings about a lot of real, darker issues, like death and abuse. (Some examples are "The Last Song I'm Wasting On You" and "Like You".) I'm not saying musicians don't sing about things like that, but এভানেসেন্স kind of puts those issues in the limelight whenver they make a new song. And if they don't, then the lyrics are so beautiful I don't even care. Also, I find darker types of songs refreshing, because quite frankly I hate shying away to dark subjects - I প্রণয় them, actually - and hate traditional break-up অথবা make-up songs normally found on the radio.

Thirdly, Amy's voice is amazing. It's strong, low, dark and soothing. Her voice can easily mimic the darker issues of her songs, but it's also great for sweet (and not-so-sweet) পিয়ানো ballads.

Lastly, I am obsessed with their look. I প্রণয় how they're not like other artists and wear to concerts and photoshoots with something they just threw on. They like to have a darker look, which I think matches perfectly with their lyrics. I also প্রণয় how Amy Lee doesn't প্রদর্শনী off her body like most other female সঙ্গীত artists today, and I প্রণয় how she's so proud of that. I am also a huge অনুরাগী of female artists performing in creepy অথবা out-of-date dresses (don't ask me why, I just do!).

So, all in all, I প্রণয় that এভানেসেন্স is heavy and dark, yet modest all at the same time. To me, in a sense, এভানেসেন্স is perfect. ♥

Let me start about their song,they're really amazing and have a dark sound which what i like,their lyrics are amazing,they don't sing about love,break up,parting and hook up with someone in club like mainstream music,but they sing about deeper stuff,and i can actually relate to them

Their look & style,i'm in প্রণয় with photoshoots,it's dark and beautiful,Amy doesn't প্রদর্শনী off her body অথবা dance half naked,she ব্যক্ত before : 'I'm singer,not a stripper'.i have huge respect to her

Amy can actually sing,her voice is great,unique and beautiful.she's not from those people who use auto-tune a lot,she doesn't need it.. Everyone has a talent in this band,and they're working really great

hmmmm.....I guess it's just my memories. I always think back of the times when I just started being an EV অনুরাগী and my feelings grow for them.

I প্রণয় the way, they're very different from other bands! Amy's voice is also very different!! & they're just perfect as a band...they fit all together :D

the best thing about ev is they aren't like the other rock bands they have aspecial way to make their songs

everything really. theyre the best band ever but it cant be এভানেসেন্স without Amy Lee, she is what does it for me she has the most amazing voice i've ever heard

Amy has such a very very very beautiful voice. Seriously, sometimes I hold tears inside me দ্বারা hear her (lately)
I প্রণয় post-grunge, so the Origin era was my fav. That album had what am I looked for so excellently
