well we saw that Zancrow was Able to DESTORY NATSU in a fight the only reason why Natsu won is because the creators in all honesty made up some Bull shit reason why he was able to win. Now Zancrow was a Fake and Sheila is a Real God Slayer Also very Young I can only assume she hasn't been able to master her own arts yet. therefore she'd become more powerful than Wendy in the long run.
