If a club is still pending, then it'll be listed in the "Pending clubs" section that's linked to the প্রথমপাতা page.
If it's a full club though, if আপনি go to a certain category of clubs, for example, the "Celebrities" category where it lists all the সংগঠন in that category, only full সংগঠন are listed there, so pending সংগঠন won't be.
I think a club has to get at least several hundred members to not be pending anymore, the fewest number of অনুরাগী I've ever seen for a full club was two hundred-something.

I know about the sections, but if আপনি try to find a certain club there, it will take ages, won't it? I still don't understand what the benefit of an official club is. About the number of fans: The official club with the fewest number of অনুরাগী in the চলচ্চিত্র category has only got 61 অনুরাগী while the pending club with the highest number in the same category has got 2929 fans! So the number of অনুরাগী can't be the main criterion.
i cant actually think of anything that changes once its a full club and i think the f4 can actually promote spots..but i cant remember where i read that, so i might have been imagining things. the process i am guessing is some sort of secret formula like the medal formula..something along the lines of X*links+activity*Y*magic fanpop*elves doing their work-cookies+images
