Go to Fanpop's main page (click on the ফ্যানপপ logo on the শীর্ষ left of your screen, অথবা type in the address www.fanpop.com). Click on the large green button on the শীর্ষ right which says Create a New Club.
If that button doesn't appear for you, this means that আপনি haven't been a ফ্যানপপ member for long enough to create a club. New members have to be here for a few months before they can start making clubs. It's supposed to be an anti-spam measure.
