sometimes when I create a club the next day its not there, its really really really annoying to me! And I have no idea why it happens either...!

germany123's option pretty much explains it. Don't create duplicates and your clubs won't be deleted.
I don't understand why people are so determined to create duplicates. Just to be the "owner" of the club?

I didn't make a duplicate though so I don't understand why it deleted!

It happened to me over and over again when I was trying to make the link. It's not even close to being a duplicate of anything, yet it kept disappearing. I have no idea why. I just figured someone didn't know what it was, so reported it.
I just kept making it until it stuck around.

Wouldn't this only happen if the club was a duplicate, offensive in some way or contravened Fanpop's terms and conditions in some other way? I suppose the club's topic could have been misunderstood.... but I suspect that duplicates and offensive ones happen a lot more than misunderstood deletions.
