When everything has been organised and enough people to help out, this will be where people register for what category they want to join and will apply to judge whichever category they want to. When the article has been written (which will list the categories and other information necessary), I will link it here, so everyone can see and read it. I'll also add the rules, once I decide what they are, though I do have a pretty general idea of what they'll be.
