Should I get a German Shepherd?

Ive really wanted a German Shepherd but heres the problem I only have an ঘন্টা of free time every দিন due to school, then I go to college, its costly, plus (this is a biggie) if it dies I am going to be devastated as even if a বন্ধু dog dies I feel sad as I প্রণয় this breed. What should I do, is it better not to get one? I keep going back and forth. Then I might feel depressed when I grow older when it dies. What should I do?!
