Who made this spot? [We really need a new spot look] :)

I need to know who made this spot so we can speed up the process of changing the spot look. I made a pick for a new spot প্রতীকী and KarinaCullen made one for the new banner, so I hope you'll all vote, and we'll get a new spot look that everybody will like. :)
