This is not an actual spoiler but some of the thoughts may be correct:

Gift #1: Porn and handcuffs.
Explanation: S has a sextape that G knows about.

Gift #2: Champagne.
Explanation: We all know that she had a drinking problem.

Gift #3: Drugs.
Explanation: S obviosly did drugs.

What do you guys think the gifts meant?

my guess would be that Dan finds out about the sextape, gets mad at S and dumps her (not for long tho) and then G gets to date Dan...
