The Noble Collection: Hermione's Time Turner

Does anyone own this time turner from the noble collection?

I want to buy one but I have read mixed reviews about it's quality. Some people say it serves as a nice decoration, but if আপনি try to wear it it falls apart. Others say that it fell apart within a week of buying it.
I don't want to spend the money if it isn't worth it, so I'm asking for reviews from anyone who has one অথবা has seen one in person.
