Rumor Alert: Spielberg and a Two Part "Deathly Hallows" Film

The Daily Mail is reporting tonight that crews currently working on “Half-Blood Prince” have been told the final Harry Potter film “will be released in two halves.”

	GCsAngelgirl said: I'm not opposed to a two part movie for Deathly Hallows. They would be able to put more in the films because we have to admit there is a lot going on in DH. As long as they don't make us wait a year until the second part comes out then I think it might be a good idea. I just wonder where they would end the first part. They either need to make it a four hour movie or do the two parts. As for Spielberg... I don't know about him. He's a brilliant director and all, but I don't know if he should do DH. But Alfonso possibly? He did a good job with PoA. I did like Chris, and it would be nice if he were to direct the last movie and see how much the trio has grown since film one. I dunno. 	smoore23 said: I think that's a good idea. I wondered how they could put all that went on in DH into one movie. There were so many storylines and I think that if it were just one movie, they'd either have to cut a lot of stuff out or keep everything in and have the viewer confused. 	harold said: I like the idea, much like everyone else here. But I don't think it's economically feasible to release both films at the same time...or at least, it wouldn't seem to be to the studio. They'd probably wait 3-6 months in between, to avoid consumer burnout/confusion. posted বছরখানেক আগে.
