I was expecting to like it, but not love it that much! I really loved it, I read it really fast, it gave me a lot of HP feels and I cried a couple of times lol. Just like when I read the HP books.

I haven't seen it or read it, tbh. Just heard a bit of its plotline from comments and articles here. But from what I've heard, it sounds more like fan fiction to me than any official continuation of Harry's story.

^I thought they were going to lol! But I don't mind that they didn't. I always thought Scorpius would end up with Rose anyways *shrugs*.

I liked what I read.

That's hard for me to say because it's hard for me to consider it canon - JKR wasn't the scriptwriter and I don't know how big of a part she actually played in helping create the story (I know officially she and two others created the overall plot, but that doesn't really tell me anything). Like Flickerflame, I've heard snippets and comments from others, and I've actually read through the overall plot online, but I don't really have an opinion to speak on it.

Some points in the story feel like a fanfiction other then that it was okay.

There were a lot of things I enjoyed but there were some plot elements and characterization that seemed too much fan fiction and I thought some of the characters (especially Harry) were very OOC at times.
