But it is a pity Snape defeated Fillius Flitwick in hbp

and in DH two people including flitwick and Minerva try there best can against snape

and as a wizard ，70 years old is the climax age。

I think Bella is the best duelist out of these.

Harry defeated voldemort alot,he is certinly the best duelist.

flitwick was indeed according to the potterwiki a expert duellist during his time at hogwarts add that to the fact he no doubt has a charms mastery and maybe Masters in other subjects he is probably even better now.

To the person above who says that snape was best because he beat flitwick in HBP he technically didnt beat him in a duel, flitwick was surprised and had no chance to counter because he didnt think snape was gonna attack him.

my list goes as follows.
flitwick
moody ( he was an auror who apprehended many dark wizard so had to be very good at duelling)
mcgonagall (showed a certain amount of her duelling skills in later movies/books, like flitwick and possibly other teachers has masters in various subjects i believe i read somewhere that she had masters in transfiguration, charms, potions and medical magic)
bellatrix (pointed out by i think dumbledore that bellatrix is an expert duellist and not to be under-estimated)
shacklebolt (must be pretty good at most magical things to become minister i guess)
snape ( again wouldnt be a professor without being skilled at all magic types, showed some amount of duelling skills in COS)
tonks ( again an auror so had to have some kinda training in duelling)
the others would come afterwards.
