He bit children for fun, killing many. He always went near a town/village before the full moon to be sure he'd come across people. Now he doesn't even wait for a full moon, he acts like a werefolf 24/7... He's Horrible.

the carrows. they're evil and stupid. they act first before they think. i think i understand volemort a little. he just wants pureblood supremacy, and kills every one who stand in his way. but the carrows tortures the students, with no reason at all.

shes crazy, hates half bloods and blood trators, she seems too kill for the fun of it, and she doesnt just kill the person she tourtures them to death.

My personal pick is a mix between greyback and bellatrix. I chose bellatrix because my favorite charecters in HP happen to be Luna, Neville, and Hermionie. But greyback is about as evil. Voldemort is just an annoying set back, and wormtail is just a coward that ended up saving harry in the end. you never hear much about the carrows in the book. Thats my opinion.

Bellatrix is just such a horrible person. I think she is more evil than voldermort because voldermort just wants power, and he will do whatever it takes to gain that power. Bellatrix is just an absolutely horrible person who enjoys torturing people. What she did to Frank and Alice Longbottom was so horrible. I know it sounds crazy but I totally think she is the most horrible person in the whole series
