Hogwarts a history (book)

I DO NOT wish to read more about the Marauder's lives as I do not want to hear about James or Peter. Maybe Sirius and Lupin, but NOT the other two.
I DO NOT think JKR would do the sort of justice to Severus Snape's story that I would like to see and I DO NOT want to hear more about James and Lily.
I don't care too much about the epilogue children as undoubtedly it would include many references to their parents or many inclusions of their parents. Now, a story about Teddy Lupin, that I might read, part Werewolf and part Witch/Morph.
Hogwart's A History, maybe pre-Voldemort history and then one that synopsis' the JKR series and the years till the epilogue, would be wonderful I think.
