Andromeda was very brave and the bravest I think because she defied her parents and families pure blood supremacy beliefs and married a muggle born which was taking the risk of being disowned and alienated from her family and leading to the hatred of her parents and sisters even.

He took the locket Horcrux knowing that doing so would kill him. Pretty brave.

Sirius more brave than Regulus? Nope. Regulus went to that cave fully knowing he would die. He consumed that horrible potion himself, and didn't ask his house elf to do it in his stead, though he very well could have (Recall that Harry was surprised about this).

Where Sirius was a rush-in and reckless sort of brave (which ended up in him dying), Regulus went willingly to his death in the hope that the greater good would triumph. He forbade Kreacher to tell anyone of his bravery. It was completely and utterly altruistic.
