She is (IMHO) not so big friend with Ginny, but maybe Ginny is her best girl-friend. With Ron, that´s more love than friendship. And with Harry.. I suppose Harry is her best friend.

Hermione is always there for Harry, especially when he thinks he should be doing something on his own she gets through to him. Personally I wish it were Hermione and Harry that got together but for best friends, yeah, Harry and Hermione.

I loved it in HBP when she said to Harry, "...you're my best friend." She was always determined to keep Harry safe and out of danger whilst being able to joke around and have fun with him.

She's closer to Harry than Ron because of all the times she and Ron argued, and I'd also say that her and Ron's romantic feelings for each other might get in the way of them being best friends. Ginny is more of a close female friend she'd talk to about boys than a best friend.
