It would be weird and feel stapled on since they'd have to randomly add some extra history with another woman which somehow fits with Stacy and Cuddy. On the other hand... Cuddy might get pregnant eventually...

If something like that ever happened, I'd think a daughter would make things even more complicated, seeing as House has no idea how to really talk to females, without insulting them or trying to figure them out.

But I doubt it would happen because like OhClip said, it feels too formulatic and at the same time too squished in.
