Help with a fanfic

I'm looking for a fanfic about House starts coughing,and Cameron tells Cuddy,and Cuddy gets Chase to examine House, and Chase calls a doctor,
and later House gets admited in other hospital, his lung collapses অথবা something and he starts praying.
