After this emotional moment with her mother, Cuddy goes to her office and decides to go home. She wants to spend time with Rachel. House comes in her office and looks at her. He’s her hero, she’s grateful to him to have done what he did. She loves him, and she knows he loves her.

Cuddy's eyes went dark. She hadn't been expecting this change in conversation nor did she think he'd ever even openly admit that the ডেস্ক was from him.
