A আরো ponderate view on Lockdown...last review I post for today, I swear :P 

I think these lines sum it all:

"Rather than pushing stories forward, I feel like this episode just stood to reaffirm what is known"

" I realize that there were a ton of great moments in this episode, with great acting and smart direction. But is the sum of "Lockdown's" parts greater than the whole? Something for House to ponder, I suppose"

Also find pretty lame Cuddy looking for the child ALONE in the whole hospital, BUT that's me having issues with this new all motherly version of her...

Thanks Bea. As usual..3 VERY good points you make..each one could be a topic of discussion..when things slow down, (like next year). As I'm sure you know, we all tired ourselves out today..running around the spots. At least I did and I know PC did too. So..we'll need to rest up or take a time out and try to catch our breath. Phew!

Okay, one thing - yea, I have to agree with you. Cuddy as Patron Saint of Motherhood was a little over the top and a repeat performance at that. I GET IT, she does not suck as a Mom! (Ha! What do I know..I only have a dog & a cat). Later friend.

Seriously I fail to understand....or I do: they are just forced to play with us over and over until the network give permission to make them get together. Commercial moves you know...or whaterver.

Thing is...this all Huddy-stepback is getting slightly inchoerent and the quality of the show is worsening as they slowly keep taking away piece after piece every single damn ingredient of it :(
I would be satiesfied enough with getting back some the old dynamics...

@Beatrix8520 - your last statement says it all. I fear that TPTB will continue to make Huddy more and more invisible so that we'll settle for any interaction (the old dynamics, if you will). Then the Huddy dance can either restart or metamorphisize into something else depending on the network's metrics (i.e, ratings). In the words of that great philosopher, House, "do the math."
