Anybody got any ideas as to what the bands name actually means?

Apparently nobody except the band themselves know. :/ Give me a pen, paper and a few hours and I could probably try and work it out, though.

The name is an anagram for 'Ragged Insomnia', আপনি can see it in Wayne's car in the video of On শীর্ষ of the World.
