Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of অনুরাগী of this spot, and lots of people contribute প্রতিমূর্তি and অনুরাগী fictions and চলচ্ছবি and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time পূর্বে has been rated a few times because I পোষ্ট হয়েছে it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave মতামত but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of মতামত for প্রতিমূর্তি etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly ফ্যানপপ users who are not rating what the view.)

THANK YOU! (about the whole ppl who don't blong on here) There r definitly real jerks on here and most r always dissing Spongebob.
