How did কাকাসি get his Mangekyou Sharingan?

Appearantly, The Mangekyō Sharingan is acquired through the death of the person closest to the Sharingan user. To expedite this occurrence, Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest বন্ধু in order to meet this criteria. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend অথবা family, as merely killing them অথবা watching them die will not activate it.

I understand কাকাসি হারিয়ে গেছে Obito and that, but still then he didn't have the Mangekyou I'm guessing like sasuke when his whole clan got wiped out, his sharingan wasn't developed enough.
But now he has got the Mangekyou without anyone close to him dying (because he ব্যক্ত to sasuke 'before' he developed the Mangekyou that "all people close to him are already dead")

So... How 'did' কাকাসি get his Mangekyou Sharingan?

to obtain a Mangekyo sharingan আপনি have to kill your best friend অথবা lose someone very close to you, so when Rin transplanted Obito's left eye to কাকাসি left eye, Obito was still alive for that moment, he didn't die. so it could be that Kakshi awakened the Mangekyo sharingan when Obito later died.

oh wow that's a record gettin the mangekyou at 13.... but still it says he finally got his mangekyou over the time period when নারুত went to train with jiraiya. but your theory sounds possible

He is told দ্বারা the person who was healing him that rin and কাকাসি were around and in trouble so obito went to save them... When he got there he witnessed কাকাসি killing rin so that the enemies around couldn't get info, in that moment of terror both obito and কাকাসি awakened the mangekyou sharingan.

Maybe he didnt know how to activated it and got it when rin died

And. Both their mangekyou are the same. So when obito activated it , unknowingly কাকাসি did too

Look there are two ways he could have got this. 1. When Rin died it could have triggered it because কাকাসি killed her and was extremely close to her plus he promised Obito that he wouldn't let anything happen to her. The 2nd way is that when Obito would later becomes Madara(Tobi) unlocks his that because him and কাকাসি share Sharringan that কাকাসি as well has his unlocked. BTW this mean Obito didn't die for all who think he did.

That was when Madara fixed up Obito's body and Obito went back to find his team and that is what happen cause the eye কাকাসি has is obito's
