Wanna know why? Because both Katara and Aang had been there for each other through thick and thin. In the most drastic situations. Sure, Aang wasn't actually there for Katara when her mother was murdered, but Katara was there for him when he saw Gyatso's skeleton. They've been দ্বারা each other side for the longest time. If that's not true love, I don't know what is.
So what if it was the most OBVIOUS THING IN THE WORLD that they'd be together?! SO WHAT?! At least Kataang actually makes sense!
I...I just don't understand Zutara. I don't, I honestly don't. I mean I don't have a problem with Zutarians. আপনি can ship Zutara all আপনি want to.
But there's no actual REASON for there to be a Zutara. Sure they have similar pasts. But they don't CLICK. They never had a special bond that they can cherish for the rest of their lives. They were friends. Now thinking about it, their friendship wasn't as strong. Like আপনি can't think of them being best friends. They were barely friends. Their friendship had started at the VERY END of the series, so how could আপনি think of them as relationship material? I mean, Katara had a longer friendship with Haru, a lot longer. I'd rather accept Haru and Katara as a couple.
Overall, Katara and Aang has an unbreakable bond. No matter how old অথবা how short Aang may be, he loves Katara and Katara feels the same exact way.
Ps- If আপনি guys actually saw the final part of Sozin's Comet, Katara leans in for the kiss.
