Buddy sat on the edge of the bridge, watching the raging river rush beneath him. The rain fell in sheets, drenching his coat. He did not mind however, he was a Labrador and built for it. The color of the water had changed from crystal clear to murky brown, the water was rising from the downpour and the sediment was getting washed in off the banks.

"This thing is cool!" Zach exclaimed about the pocket sized squirt gun he managed to snatch from a bratty kid who had tried to squirt him with it. We were headed back to the parking lot to get Kate and Stormy and go elsewhere.
