What was the saying that Alois used to summon Claude and what did it mean?

It is in a Spaniard form. However, it is not clarified it is an actual formed set of words. That means it does not translate into English.
It is a calling of a "fairy", that Alois used to call upon Claude to create the contract with him. It was stated দ্বারা a slave boy in the Trancy Manor while they were being washed down that the saying would summon this "fairy", and Alois chose to do so.
Of course, this "fairy" was really a Demon. Ciel called out to Sebastian in his greatest time of despair, and it was clarified he in turn summoned Sebastian দ্বারা accident but willingly formed a contract. This was contrast to Alois who claimed that saying, and placed a veil of spiderwebs over his face in ritual to summon Claude to his attention.
"Wear that as a veil over an honest face."
I hoped this clarified things further.

"Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel!" It gibberish and it summons পরী অথবা in this case Claude.
