Actor Lee Min Ho to start military duties in May 

Actor Lee Min Ho will be starting up his military duties this May.

MYM Entertainment stated, "Lee Min Ho will start his military service as a public service worker at the Gangnam District Office in Seoul on May 12. He plans to enlist privately. He\'s been given a place as a public service employee due to his car accidents in 2006 and 2011."

SBS drama \'The Legend of the Blue Sea\' this past January. He\'ll be featured in the upcoming MBC documentary \'DMZ, The Wild\'. He\'s also currently dating idol star Suzy.

If he\'s a public service worker, does that mean that he can go home everyday. If so, is he not allowed to keep in contact with his girlfriend. When he gets home, is he not allowed to call her.

His looks are overrated and his acting is mediocre. Even in Gangnam Blues. He was vastly overshadowed by Kim Rae Won and his amazingly charismatic acting, where as LMH... just played another variation of his City Hunter character. LOBTS was terribly boring, but his acting was actually interesting in that drama. I hope he picks up better projects and improves his acting, otherwise he might become a has-been..

YAI isn’t delaying enlistment. He isn’t passing his medical tests in order to enlist in ACTIVE duty. JCW and YAI both have plans to enlist after their dramas. LMH didn’t have any reason to delay his enlistment, especially when he is taking public service due to that car accident years ago.
