So, I HAD to write আপনি a Pathan one-shot for your birthday because I know আপনি প্রণয় them and we always fangirl about them and they're kind of our "thing" so yeah, had to write something about them for you:P hope আপনি like it:D And like all my লেখা do not critique too hard, please:P

Authors Note: This scene takes place sometime in 5x07. Nathan just seemed to be such an LP shipper this episode and seemed to know that there was something আরো going on between Lucas and Peyton then they were both letting on so I think it's a shame that we didn't get a scene between Nathan and Peyton;) It's super short, but নমস্কার it's Pathan:P

Peyton sat at the bar twirling her drink in her hand. She looked across the bar at Lucas and Lindsey. They seemed to be bickering about something and both of their faces seemed tense. Peyton rolled her eyes as she saw Lucas grab Lindsey's hand and pull her close. He whispered something in her ear that caused her to blush and turn red.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer." a voice ব্যক্ত behind her. She turned around to see Nathan giving her a smirk.
"Wow, Nate, didn't see আপনি as the type of guy who says pathetic clichéd lines." She spit out.
"Come on Sawyer, don't take your frustration about Lucas out on me." he ব্যক্ত winking at her and taking a আসন পরবর্তি to her.
"What do আপনি want Nathan?" Peyton asked annoyed.
"Well, I'm in a bar and can't drink because I'm a borderline alcoholic so I thought I'd come and talk to my one of my best friends."
"Really?" Peyton asked raising her eyebrows, "Flirting with the nanny became boring?" she smirked.
Nathan looked at her and rolled her eyes, "Shut up, I'm not flirting with the nanny."
"Sure didn't look that way to me."
"Okay, Sawyer, and why are আপনি being such a দুশ্চরিত্রা today?" Nathan asked her raising his eyebrows.
Peyton stared at him ready to give back a snappy remark, but decided against it and simply just shrugged her shoulders. "Bad mood." she mumbled.
"Yeah, does this bad mood have anything to do with THEM?" he asked emphasizing the last word and nodding his head towards Lucas and Lindsey who were now quietly whispering to each other.
It has everything to do with them. "No." Peyton ব্যক্ত lying.
"Do আপনি still প্রণয় him Sawyer?"
Yes, I still প্রণয় him. "Hell, no!" Peyton ব্যক্ত quickly. She then looked up at Nathan, she was lying and he knew it.
"I think she's a rebound and he still loves you."     
"Don't care, Nate."
"I think he's much আরো better off with you. You're both depressing and irritating. Perfect for each other." He ব্যক্ত smirking at her.
Peyton rolled her eyes and looked at him, "Thanks." She ব্যক্ত sarcastically. "Why are আপনি siding with me anyways? He's your brother, go be on his side."
"You're Sawyer and I'm Nathan. I'm always with you."
Peyton finally let herself properly smile at him, "You really think he loves me?"
"I thought আপনি didn't care?" He ব্যক্ত teasing her.
"Shut up, loser."
Nathan sighed, "Yeah, I really think he loves you, but I think he's too stupid and stubborn to admit it."
"Hypothetically, if I still loved him, would that make me bad person?" Peyton asked quietly.
"Not at all."
Peyton got up and hugged Nathan. "I প্রণয় আপনি Nathan Scott." she ব্যক্ত smiling. "And stay away from that nanny!" she added seriously.
Nathan rolled her eyes, "I প্রণয় আপনি too Sawyer and shut up about the nanny." he ব্যক্ত hugging her back. "And remember I always have your back and it's all going to work out in the end."
Peyton looked at him and smiled, "I'm counting on that. Don't back down on me, Scott." she ব্যক্ত winking and walking away.
Nathan looked at her and smiled. His idiot brother better not screw this up. That was his best friend. His Peyton. He will always be on her side.
