Do you think maybe it's all like a megaconspiricy? Like, when someone's going to die, they agree to go get a DUI? Or maybe the writers secretly drug them when they know they're character's clock is ticking?

Y'know, I thought the exact same thing as I read about his DUI: Jin is gonna die. It would be too bad, but if he does die it may confirm the above theories.
