it worked for buffy and scrubs coz the show relies heavily on the comedic aspect, however lost is dominated by the drama and mystery and while there are a few jokes (mainly from Sawyer) it cant be taken seriously as a musical...heard that marc cherry wants to do a musical for desperate housewives, that i think is a bit sketchy too...

Buffy musical episode was great, but Lost... No way... It's serious TV show. Musical episode just doesn't fit for Lost.

Nice pictures for the pick! But I agree with all of the "No" comments -- it's too serious of a show for a musical. But I wouldn't be opposed to the actors of the show to do a silly, over-the-top, youtube-like, song-and-dance number.
