It's normal to feel scared. Try telling him anyhow. U might get surprised! You'll never know unless u try. And if he breaks your heart, well সরানো on u will survive!

If আপনি both hav MSN অথবা ফেসবুক then do wat my friend did and ask him if he likes আপনি on chat if he says yes then ask him if he wants to go out if he says no just say oh i thought আপনি did cuz my friend told me something like that it's much easier on the computer then face to face good luck! =)
It doesn't matter if you're the girl! The girl অথবা the boy can ask, and it's perfectly fine! Go ahead and ask! Because if he likes আপনি back and says yes, it'll all be আরো than worth it, right?
