If I made him fall for me once, can I do it again?

About a মাস back, I হারিয়ে গেছে a guy I really love. He dumped me. 4 days after we broke up, my best friend tried to get him to take me back. I'm talking to him again but only because I lied to him and told him I was over him. Sounds kinda desperate but he's like hunger. After too long without him, it drives me crazy, even if I just text him, it always makes me feel great to know he's on the other line. I met him at a party and in a matter of 3 hours he was head over heels for me. I know he has a new girlfriend and all...but if I made him fall for me once, is it possible for me to do it again?
