if a guy doesn't talk to u while u and him r online..does that mean that he doesn't like u?

i really প্রণয় this guy,but i've never really knew if he has the same feeling 4 me:(..he treats me SO nice<3..and we talk and laugh..but if he doesn't talk to me while he's online does that mean that he doesn't like me?(please guys answer this প্রশ্ন it's meant for u to answer!!)
