Lucy Hale gets animated with super cute baby Andrea during her visit to Mexico City on Friday (September 9).

The 27-year-old actress joined the Smile Train Program Journey to experience the surgery and see the local programs in action. You can even check out her Facebook Live chat below!

“This is baby Andrea. 3 months old and preparing for her first cleft surgery in December,” Lucy introduced the baby on her Instagram. “Thank you to her lovely family for inviting us into their home. Todd Krim, of The Krim Group which connects celebrities to charities around the world, shared his praise of Lucy on the journey.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate.
