[There was a party – no idea why – and the whole lab was invited. Suddenly Mac’s phone rang. There has been a murder and the victim was a cop. So it was really important and they all had to stop celebrate and start to work on this case. It was already half past 3 when they found the solution. Now they all were very exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.]

Mac stood in his office and ordered the last pieces of paper. Suddenly he heard a careful knock on his door. He looked up and saw Stella....

Stella Bonasera: What time did আপনি get in?
Mac Taylor: I never went home.
Stella: Can't sleep?
Mac: What's sleep?

Mac Taylor: (to Stella) Use your head, not your heart.

Stella Bonasera: There's something gooey here.
Mac Taylor: Gooey? There's a good forensic word. Gooey. I'll have to use that more.

(Mac who previously made fun of Stella for her use of the word gooey, uses it himself.)

Mac: Some sort of 'gooey' residue on the শীর্ষ of the piece of paper.
Stella: (smirks) Great choice of words.

Mac: A paranoid schizophrenic's worst nightmare.
Stella: He doesn't just think we're out...

Chapter 7: The Mission is Announced

Mac and Stella woke up to the rising sun and quickly got dressed then made their way back to the barracks. They stopped outside of the Manning Barracks where Stella and the other women on Blue Squad lived. Mac wrapped his arms around Stella and looked into her eyes.

"Last night was amazing Stella, thank আপনি for sharing it with me."

"Thank আপনি too Mac it was wonderful I can't wait to do it again. So its 06:20 right now and we have the meeting at 08:00 to learn what our big undercover mission is going to be I can't wait. Isn't this so exciting?"

"Well I don't quite...

The following morning when Stella arrived at work, she seen Mac sitting in his office looking over a case file.

"Morning Mac." She smiled.

Looking up from his file, he smiled. "Morning Stella. How did আপনি sleep last night?"

"Good. Thanks for asking. So what are looking at?"

"Oh, just an old case file. I still have like 25 unsolved on my desk."

"I see. I'm going to head down to see Sheldon. I'll talk to আপনি later."

"Stel!!"...

Hey, this is my first smacked and CSI: NY fanfiction :D I hope আপনি guys like it.

I wrote this fanfic in german, because that's my mother tongue, and I found a very nice person here on ফ্যানপপ who translated it into english for me.

That person is Kegel. :) So, go over to her পরিলেখ and give her শ্রদ্ধার্ঘ্য for translating my first chapter, because without her আপনি probs wouldn't have the chance to read it অথবা maybe read it a crappy translation of mine. *gg*
