I tried to make some of them too.. but I could make only small ones..
if আপনি want to make them, আপনি have to use "windows movie maker" which আপনি have it already in your pc.
cut the scene.. make it short and then আপনি have to convert that short video in a gif with this program:

It's not so difficult :) it's easy..
I think there are much আরো programs.. আরো expensive(which are not free like the one that I showed you).. those I didn't tried..
