what happens in episode 23 in season 7 who dies?

They haven't ব্যক্ত who died yet & I doubt they will. All we know is that it's a colleague. And in one of MW's সাম্প্রতিক interviews he says another colleague is injured as well.

I know that mike franks doesn't die since the creep dude in Mexico who hit Gibbs didn't kill him yet. i mean why wold he wait. I would go with Leon. I know they won't kill him but it's just a dream he can't play director as good as Shepard did
