The one that comes to mind first is when McGee drags Abby out of the lab in Bloodbath because the drugs were laced with potassium cyanide.

Mine is the Driven moment: (after McGee couldn't save Abby from the car and Gibbs saved her instead)

McGee: I found it Abby.
Abby: *walking up behind McGee* How did you know I was here.
McGee: I didn't.
Abby: *hugs McGee*
McGee: I thought you were supposed to ask permission.
Abby: Never with you, Tim.
