How come Lana didn't get a lot of recognition for her directing debut in "Chosen" from the cast?

I mean I know Bex Mader gave a lot of praise and Andrew J West complimented on her directing debut but I noticed the others like Colin O'Donoghue and Robert Carlyle didn't মতামত on it. I think the actor who played Zelena's fiancee Chad praised her but I just been noticing the cast besides Bex who have known her the longest haven't shown any compliments regarding her directing debut. Did they not care অথবা not think she did a good job অথবা something?
