It could be Belle but considering the fact that we've seen more sex scenes between Regina and Robin, it seems more likely. But I'm not sure.

I don't want Regina pregnant let alone pregnant with RH's baby!

P.S. I don't know why but from the very beginning I always thought that Regina was barren.
