I was so heartbroken when Ingrid died. I think she deserves to come back the most considering she was a "villain" and sacrificed herself for everyone, it's so moving. I love her and miss her so much.

I think from the list Cora would be the most interesting. She had a complicated relationship with Regina and i think they would share an interesting story. And well she was all her life a villain/selfish so it would be fun to see her struggle.

Since Neal isn't an option his grandpa would have to do.

So very evil, but a well acted character... although, he's not technically "dead." Daniel would also be pretty cool to bring back.

It'd be interesting to see how he'd react to Regina's past since his death, and whether she'd choose him or Robin if both were romantic options for her. Plus I just think he deserves to live.
