And I really appreciated it<3 And when she dumped him, he kept fighting, but what more could he do? I hated him in 4.08 for just leaving things the way they were, but I'd be lying if I said he never tried. That isnt to say he was a complete ass wipe at times. But I honestly think that by NOT telling her about the kiss, he was trying to keep a good relationship. He didn't want to start trouble again. Now, Julian also did fight for her. Kinda. I don't think in the same way as Lucas, but he did. Owen had about five seconds of fighting for her (with the naked in the backseat thing LOL) but he pretty much disappeared when Julian came into the picture. And then Chase. WOW. He practically took his words back "look I'm sorry I said I wanted to be with you; I guess I saw you slipping away and I just panicked." Then when Brooke proposed the non exclusive crap lucas agreed with no protest. Then (302) he said "I'm the guy for you Brooke Davis" in front of a handful of people. 303: Lucas decorated brooke's locker. That's fighting. But the follow through, was crap. He was embarrassed in 304 after he fell for the whole Rocker costume dupe so he started hanging out with Rachel to burn brooke back. And instead of attempting to make up with Brooke he just went home and kept her devil feather? Then Brooke told Luke to go out with another girl - so he did to make brooke jealous. Crap. Then when Brooke became a drama queen and got royally pissed off, he didn't get it. He didn't know how to just be the bigger person and see that brooke needed him to prove he only wanted her - no matter what games she pulled. He didn't get that he could have decided to just wait for Brooke instead of fooling around with Rachel. Brooke had to tell Luke to fight for her. Crap. With brooke, luke was all about the words, but poor with the follow through. Then when he finally had her, and constantly pushed her away "Why won't you ever just let me all the way in?!?!" and their convos were sex-filled 90% of the time which was no matter to him. "We go days without a meaningful and I used to miss you so much when that happened, but it never seemed like you missed me." Again, fighting for her with more than words (embarrassing speeches, love letters) was where Luke fell short big time. Crap. Julian was nothing but genuine and fought for her from beginning to end. Despite the fact that Brooke wouldn't take the next step with Julian he waited like a gentleman. He screwed up all but once with dating Brooke#2 at the leyton wedding but then fought for her all over again. posted বছরখানেক আগে.
