I'm really confused (spoiler if আপনি haven't read the manga)

Okay, so I don't get how Jack was behind the tragedy of sabrier. I thought that Glen orderered them to kill those people. So could some one please explain this to me?

Alright, yes, Glen ordered the mass murders, but it was Jack who threw the world into the abyss. Glen ordered the killing that way the people are put into the hundred বছর cycle. And the tragedy might have partly been the killings, but it was mainly the world going into the abyss. And Jack caused that.
