One day, in gym class, we were supposed to run the mile. Zoe paced herself and took her time. I just wanted to get it over with. I ran it as quickly as possible. After I finished, I was out of steam. I felt physically sick, too. After class was dismissed, Zoe ব্যক্ত to me, "Alyssa, আপনি look terrible." I asked, "What do আপনি mean দ্বারা terrible?" She said, "You're awfully pale." I said, "I feel sick." I suddenly began staggering. Gavin saw us, and he asked, "Alyssa, are আপনি okay?" I said, "No, I'm not. Who turned the lights out?" He said, "Nobody. What are you...oh, no!" I said, "I think I'm....", and before I could get the rest of the sentence out, I fell backwards, and everything went dark. I woke up after what seemed like hours. The first thing I saw was my বন্ধু looking concerned. Zoe asked, "Are আপনি okay?" I let out a groan. Gavin said, "Come on, Alyssa. Talk to us." I said, "I don't know." Zoe said, "I think we should take আপনি to the school nurse." I said, "I feel like I went to sleep, but I wasn't tired at all." Gavin said, "You fainted." I said, "I what?" He said, "You fainted. It's a brief loss of consciousness." I said, "Oh." The school nurse asked if I had any idea what caused me to faint. I said, "No." Zoe mentioned that I ran the mile as quickly as possible. The school nurse said, "That's what caused আপনি to faint. Maybe আপনি should go প্রথমপাতা and rest." Gavin said, "I'll tell our teacher what happened." I said, "Thanks." My aunt picked me up from school to take me home. Later, Gavin dropped দ্বারা just to see if I was okay. Zoe even called to check on me. My aunt said, "It sounds like আপনি have two really good friends." I said, "I do."
