John said, "I did." Stan asked, "Did আপনি tell her that you're afraid of water?" John said, "Yes, I told her." Peter asked, "Was she ashamed?" John said, "Not at all. In fact, she decided to help me overcome my fear." Stan said, "I told আপনি she wouldn't be ashamed." John said, "You were right." Later, John met Caryn at her house. This time, he brought ডিনার to her. She said, "It's so nice of আপনি to bring খাবার over. I hope it wasn't too much trouble." He said, "Oh, it was no trouble at all. I don't mind cooking." After they finished eating, Caryn asked, "Are আপনি ready to go into the pool?" John smiled and said, "You bet I am!" He never thought he would say that, but knowing that he was with Caryn made him feel safe. She even began teaching him to swim. John had no idea that these swimming lessons would come in handy one day. It would be a দিন that he would never forget.

Friday the 13th is associated with bad luck, but I think today, I had good luck. I have made বন্ধু with two kids in band, Michael, who plays the tuba, and Sabrina, who plays the flute. The three of us seem to get along really well. They're অনুরাগী of the Beatles and The Devil Wants Peace, just like me. They're so nice, too. They were also impressed with the fact I can play multiple instruments: saxophone, guitar, bass, and piano. When it was time to go home, the saw me and said, "See আপনি Monday, Grace!"
