What’s with the শিরোনাম of “The বাজপাখি and the Snow Job”?

Does the শিরোনাম of this episode make sense, অথবা is it just me? I can understand the “falcon” part of it, but I have no clue about the “snow” part. It never snowed in the episode, and I don’t think the word was even ব্যক্ত in it.

So, am I missing something? Am I the only one who doesn’t get the title?

Also I'd like to point out that the সেকেন্ড episode title, The পেংগুইন Stays in the Picture, is also related to a movie about a photographer, it's called The Kid Stays in the Picture.

Well, back before the episode aired, I figured that perhaps the বাজপাখি crash-landed because of a snowstorm অথবা something like that. অথবা that there might be a mission called “Operation: Snow Job.”

The definition of Snow job is to fool someone দ্বারা using flattery অথবা sweet talk.
