But I usually really enjoy romance fanatics, especially when it's about Skilene *w*

Out Of Character: I really don't mind that at all. I have seen so many, I have gotten use to it. I see the character in a whole new light and change is cool sometimes.

Bad grammar. Oh my gosh, that bugs me so much it's insane! If I have to decode every sentence before I can read it, I'm not gonna bother. A mistake here and there I can understand, especially if English isn't your first language. But is it really that hard to do a quick spell/grammar check? I do one every time I post ANYTHING, so I don't think that it's too much to ask someone to do it just when they post a fanfic. Besides, call me crazy, but wouldn't you want your story to look good if you're posting for the whole fandom to read?

OOC's are just about as bad, except I don't have a big old rant ready for them. XD It's just annoying, and it really doesn't feel like I'm reading a PoM fic if the characters aren't in character.

bad grammar is the WORST!! i HATE it when people make spelling mistakes. it makes me want to tell them every single thing they did wrong and send them back to Kindergarden. i mean comeone people. i can understand spelling a long word like Hippopotomonstrosequippesaliopgobia!! (thats the fear of long words btw!)

and dont even get me started on romance. Especialy character+character stuff. that things sick. (cough cough kico makes me want to die cough) and all those things.... :\

I don't mind them if they have GOOD GRAMMAR (if not, why bother reading?) CHARACTERS IN CHARACTER (that really annoys me unless it's like a novel and the writer had modeled their personalities) and singing get on my nerves ;)

i honestly didn't think that anyone would dislike those kind of stories. I may like all the action in POM and beyond, but I tend to have a thing for romance at times as well.

I hate it when people bash a pairing because it's "unnatural". IT'S A CARTOON PEOPLE. The very idea of commando penguins is unnatural.

Don't hate me but I actually like all those, except bad grammar, mind you, but I'm a really good speller so it's not THAT big a deal.

I don't hate them. I don't read fanfics usually but I think OCxCharacter isn't bad.

A lot of these bug me- bad grammar most of all. I can put up with it to a point; I don't expect everyone to be English professors. But if it's clear you just don't care to even proofread, it drives me nuts.
OC's and original characters can work, but it's not easy to pull off convincingly.
I don't mind the words 'I love you' in a fan-fic usually, but you can't overdo it.
Too much romance overwhelms the plot and makes a fan-fic sickening to read.
When the characters are out of character, the whole story feels off and you can't connect to it.
Characters kissing almost always makes me squirm, and hardly ever comes off as anything but sappy, cliche and overly dramatic.
Singing... that... would depend. I think it would be okay only if it's done for humor. If a character were to be singing, say, a romantic song, that would just feel odd.
Personally, I think that serious pairing fics usually don't turn out very well, since the show is so humorous, especially about romance. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it's a tricky business.

I don't like OC storys in any form.
